One of our founding fathers, Remora, aka iRemora, aka iDave, aka THE MAN NOT A WOMAN, threw out a term in his last post that doesn’t quite do it. In fact, he even admitted it didn’t sound right, however it does bring up something I would really like to put out there.

TickerVille is obviously in its infancy and as I work hard towards the development of this destination, I would really like to gather around me some individuals who could act as the TickerVille Town Council as to assist me in making the site the best on the net. My goal here is simple. Rather than put forth ideas that are already played out, or only derived from my small brain, I would like to gather the input of those who find value in sites such as this so that I can include all the nuances that would make a TickerVille Trader (No, that doesn’t have a ring either) feel at home. In summary, if you desire to assist in this process please let me know. I think this process will be very exciting and rewarding, and if you desire to be a part of it, I would love to have you.

OK, back to the markets. The futures have moved steadily higher since early this morning. There is no question the success of the iPhone this weekend is the catalyst. While its always nice to see stocks advance, I am not so sure I like early Monday morning strength. I will be taking it slow, that is for sure and will pick my spots carefully.
