great point on double inverse ETFs replacing some demand for index and sector puts. 

they still feel weird to me as a trader… buying = selling, wtf, it just does not feel as natural as shorting the ETF itself.  i digress.

i’m a Kentucky bred myself, and as you know we say all sorts of mildly comical stuff.. 

on that note, i simply must reprise this story:  while i lived in NYC and worked on the Amex floor, there was a Makers Mark billboard on lower 3rd Ave reading “It takes a Kentuckian to make a perfect Manhattan.” made me grin anyway..

This is just ugly. I’m carrying both helmet and bucket and tripping all over. Since I’m clearly not a day-trader, the best way seems to be not going outside at all!

I have been in the bunker with fast trades these past few days. By the time I post here the risk/reward is not great. I do not think this is a swing trading market at all right now. Will post any swings I see.

Yeah..I haven’t seen Anbion for a while. Maybe was hit by mortar fire. This market is really tough. Fortunately I am holding only two positions (DUG and FXP), both doing okay in here.

I liked the market action today (Thursday). It refused to go down, despite huge spike in oil. I wish Qman did the Tape Talk for today’s market.
