The markets have continued to fill in the dark open space that was left behind after March’s rapid run. Trading will more than likely remain chaotic until some direction is found and the current channel is resolved.

Friday ushered in some profit taking which was not that surprising considering the rapid advance seen over the last couple weeks. With improving technicals and tech leadership, the bulls continue to have the ball and it will be interesting to see if they press forward for some further upside.

The market continued its advance on Thursday with the S&P adding another 2%. With the key 840 level looming overhead it will be interesting to see if the bears make a stand, or continue to run and hide.
