The markets churned on Wednesday as sellers were replaced by buyers and the tape digested some of the recent gains. Many are expecting a fade or a retest of lows which is entirely possible however the season may suggest otherwise.

The financial markets can handle good news, and the financial markets can handle bad news, but what any market participant will tell you is that it is the unknown that the market cannot deal with and will typically travel the path of least resistance when there is uncertainty, which is down.
