However, after 24 hours from the time and date of a FlexFolio Alert, Tatro Capital, its principals, employees and affiliates, and the principals, employees and affiliates of Tickerviille.com, will be free to make trades for their own accounts that may be contrary to the FlexFolio stock position announced in a FlexFolio Alert. For example, if a FlexFolio stock position is announced in a FlexFolio Alert at 3:00 pm on a Friday, Tatro Capital or principals of Tickerville.com, may make a trade contrary to the FlexFolio Alert after 3:00 pm the following Monday.
