“1040 being tenderized… sure looks like it’s gonna crack… I believe it’ll break [based on the fins}... a lot of sector action looks like we'll go to 930-940 at least... on the precipice... technically eroded... several leading sectors below their 1040 equivalent... xlf has confirmed the break... 60 min h&s in SPY... not pretty at all... transports look very precarious... iyz: successive lower lows and lower highs... [etc. etc. etc.]”

Qman: you might want to view this show, remembering that ‘Fortune favors the Brave.’ Cash is always appropriate for times of great uncertainty. Viewing this show, I am not detecting uncertainty. As you say, we should trade what we see.

I enjoyed the show, as always. Looking forward to the one that opens with “Eve of Destruction.”

Is there an active RSS feed for this site? The previous feed has gone dead after the site redesign.

  3. I’m making a little money with shorts, can’t complain. Have’nt gone crazy with it- as precarious as it looks,I think the market is fighting off bad news really well. The bull ain’t beat yet. But I sure wouldn’t want to be long anything! One of your best tape talks yet. Very good perspective.

Just a note to say thanks to Quint. I appreciate you talking us through these charts. Your reference to these last months wearing on our nerves is right on.
What are the big money managers doing now? What would you do with these low interest rates?
    Keep up the good work.
